Registration

To re-enroll for the 2024-2025 school year, returning families must complete an online Enrollment Packet. A link was emailed to current parents and is also available on your FACTS Family Portal (Apply/Enroll in the left menu). New students must first complete an online Application Packet available on the school’s homepage (lcaky.com). After acceptance, a brief online Enrollment Packet must also be completed. Registering online is an easy, convenient process accessible from any device. It allows online payment of fees and saves time because information is pre-populated into the forms from the school’s database.

Tuition Assistance /Financial Aid

LCA desires to help parents in many ways, and we call that initiative our Parent Partnership Program – P3 for short. For parents who desire to send their student to Landmark but would be unable to pay the full tuition cost, LCA is now offering a tuition assistance program. After completing enrollment application forms online, families may also apply External link opens in new tab or windowhere for financial aid through FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. A nonrefundable $40 fee per family is due at the time of the financial aid application submission. To receive priority evaluation, you must apply by March 31. Applicants will be notified of awards by the first week of May. After the tuition assistance awards have been announced, if a family feels that the financial aid is insufficient to allow them to cover tuition costs, all of the enrollment fees except $50 will be refunded, as long as they withdraw within three days of being notified of the award amount. For more information, please contact the school office.

Financial Policy

Since the school establishes a budget, hires teachers, and must continue to pay faculty based on registration totals, students withdrawing (or expelled) any time before the end of the first semester will owe one-half of the full year’s tuition. Students withdrawing (or expelled) anytime during the second semester will owe the full year’s tuition. Any further credit balance on the account at the time of withdrawal will be refunded.

A student will not be admitted to class if payments are one month in arrears. Payments that are more than 45 days late must be paid at the school office, not through FACTS. LCA will assess a once a month $25 charge for all checks returned by your bank for any reason and for any tuition payment refused by your bank, or a late fee of $25 for tuition payments not received by the close of the 5th or 20th day, unless an alternative arrangement is mutually agreed upon in advance. (FACTS also charges a once a month $30 charge for any returned payment.) If two FACTS payments are refused and/or checks are returned by the bank, the account may be placed on a cash basis only.

All tuition and fees must be paid up to date by May 6 in order for a student to attend classes, take exams, or graduate. No school records or graduation diploma will be released for any student when there is an outstanding balance on the student’s account or other indebtedness (after-school care, music lessons, etc.).
