Thank you for your interest in Landmark Christian Academy! The following information explains how to learn about our school, apply online, and become a student of LCA!
1. Schedule a Tour
If you would like an informational visit and campus tour prior to submitting application
forms, call our school office at 502.933.3000 to schedule a visit.
2. Apply Online
Complete the online Application Packet and submit the $50 application fee (nonrefundable).
3. Take an Entrance Exam
After completing the application, an entrance exam is required for Grades K5-12. Entrance
testing will be scheduled through the school office.
Applicants should bring a copy of their most recent report card or transcripts with them to
their entrance exam appointment. Grade 6-12 applicants will also complete a Student
Questionnaire at the time of the entrance exam. Grade 4-12 applicants and their parents will
meet with administration during this entrance testing appointment.
4. Enroll Online
Once your student has been accepted, you will be emailed a link to complete the enrollment
process. Complete the online Enrollment Packet and submit the enrollment fee. (The
enrollment fee is discounted for early registration!)
Finalize your enrollment by submitting all required forms. These can be conveniently
uploaded within the online enrollment or delivered to the school office.
A. Documented Kentucky Certificate of Immunization Form
B. Preventative Health Care Examination Form or a Kentucky Certificate of
Religious Exemption
C. Copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate
